Text Messaging Terms

Effective October 10, 2026

These terms apply to text messages (SMS and MMS) sent by Chase Street Townhouses LLC from (484) 759-7571.

Who receives messages

We text current and prospective tenants of our townhouses at 407, 409, 411 and 413 Chase Street, Oxford, PA, and people acting on their behalf, only after they have agreed to receive texts from us.

How you opt in

You consent to receive text messages from Chase Street Townhouses LLC in one of these ways:

• by signing a lease, lease addendum, or written consent form that includes consent to receive text messages at the mobile number you provide;
• by giving us your mobile number in writing and agreeing to receive texts; or
• by texting us first at (484) 759-7571, in which case we reply to your message and continue that conversation.

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of renting from us. You can always reach us by phone or email instead.

What we send

• Maintenance and repair scheduling, access notices, and updates on work orders
• Rent, utility charge, and account notices and reminders
• Lease, renewal, and move-in or move-out information
• Property notices, such as weather, utility interruptions, or work on the grounds
• Replies to questions and requests you send us

We do not send marketing or promotional messages, and we do not sell or share your mobile number for anyone's marketing.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with your requests and the needs of your tenancy, typically a few messages per month.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. We do not charge for text messages.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one message confirming that you are unsubscribed and will send no further texts unless you opt in again. To opt back in, reply START.

Formal notices

Text messages are a convenience. Notices that your lease or the law requires to be given in a particular way will be given in that way.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
