• Contact details, such as name, mobile and other phone numbers, email address, and mailing address
• Rental application, lease, and tenancy information, such as occupants, lease dates, and payment history
• Messages, call logs, voicemails, and photos you send us, including about maintenance requests
• Your consent to receive text messages, and any opt-out request

This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking, and does not collect information through forms.

How we use information

• To manage leases, rent and accounts, and tenancies
• To schedule and complete maintenance and repairs
• To send the tenant service and account messages described in our Text Messaging Terms
• To respond to your questions and requests
• To keep business records and meet legal, tax, and insurance obligations

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only as needed to operate our rental business:

• with service providers that work for us, such as our business phone and texting provider, email and document storage providers, contractors performing repairs, and our accountant and attorney, who may use it only to provide services to us;
• when required by law, court order, or legal process, or to protect our rights or property; and
• with a successor owner if a property is sold.

All of the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. That information will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver our text messages.

Text messaging

If you agree to receive texts, we use your mobile number only to communicate with you about your tenancy. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. See our Text Messaging Terms.

Retention and security

We keep tenancy records, including message history, for as long as needed for our business, legal, and tax purposes. We store information with reputable providers that use access controls and encryption, and we limit access to people who need it.

Your choices

You may ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or stop text messages at any time. Contact us using the details below.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website or by text message.
